The Transfer Evaluation System (TES) provides students the opportunity to review undergraduate credits earned at other regionally accredited colleges/universities for potential transfer to Moraine Valley Community College.
Undergraduate credits will be evaluated for transfer upon receipt of an official transcript. Processing time for a Transcript Evaluation is approximately 1-3 business days.
A transcript is considered official if it is:
- Mailed directly from the issuing institution to Moraine Valley Community College
- Sent electronically from the issuing institution (or their designated service provider) to Moraine Valley Community College at transcripts@dh865.com
- Brought to the Records Office, Room S-111, in the original, unopened and sealed envelope in which it was issued.
You will be notified by email once your evaluation is complete. You can see your transfer credits and track progress toward completion of a degree or certificate by running a degree audit through MVConnect.
There is no guarantee that coursework will automatically be awarded. The transfer policy of Moraine Valley Community College applies.
Courses not found in TES may still be acceptable for transfer however, those courses will be assessed upon submission of an official transcript.
